Where is my Order?

If your order has already shipped, you can track it with the tracking number here. You can find the tracking number in the order confirmation email.

If your order is still being processed, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation as soon as the order is shipped.
We do not offer tracking for free items.


Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address after you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at helloboujeekart@gmail.com

just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

 

How Do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via helloboujeekart@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

You can request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours after receiving the email confirmation. Please provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we don't ship all over the world. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
